A unit in the Waldorf Celestion apartment hotel (pictured) was sold at City Sales’ auction yesterday. 3 other apartments in the Metro on Wakefield St, the Sol in Eden Terrace and St Albans on Eden in Mt Eden were passed in. The Metro unit has now sold.
