2 apartments on Symonds St (pictured) & Anzac Avenue, on the Auckland cbd’s eastern fringe, were sold at City Sales’ auction today.

An apartment in the Statesman was passed in after 2 bids and a cross-leased unit in Avondale didn’t attract a bid.
