Strong yield on Bayleys’ Hamilton office leads Taranaki & Waikato sales

Bayleys agents have sold 8 commercial properties in Taranaki & the Waikato, 7 at auction and one by tender, in its final Total Property campaign for the year.

Leading the results was the sale of the agency’s purpose-built Hamilton office (pictured), sold at auction on a 4.84% yield.
