An apartment in the 18-month-old North development in Grey Lynn – on the Great North Rd ridge – and a Mt Eden unit were sold at Barfoot & Thompson’s residential auction this afternoon.
Another Mt Eden apartment didn’t attract a bid.
At the agency’s morning auction session, a city restaurant across Kitchener St from Albert Park was among 5 properties on the market, all passed in.
A weatherboard house at the Mt Smart Rd end of Rockfield Rd in Penrose was passed in well short of the asking price. It’s on the Onehunga side of the road – the Penrose business district starts behind the houses on the other side.
