Meanwhile, at the agency’s regular weekly auction, a studio at the top of Queen St, with remediation for the building to come over the next year, was sold for just over $5000/m² and a Forte apartment on Symonds St was passed in well short of reserve.
The Metropolis unit, with extensive views from its north-west-facing corner, came with 2 parking spaces. Mr O’Kane said the latest sale of a parking spot in the building was at $165,000.
