Guardian & Keystone Ridge apartments sell

A studio in the Guardian on Queen St (pictured) and a unit in Keystone Ridge, at the far end of Dominion Rd, were sold at Ray White City Apartments’ auction today.

Leasehold units in Q Central & Scene 3 and a CityZone apartment were passed in.

Bidding was moderately strong on the freehold units. For Q Central there were 2 bids and for Scene 3, with the ground lease still under review, there were none.
