An apartment which has just come out of the Quest Auckland hotel lease was sold under the hammer today at Ray White Apartments’ first auction for the year.
The one other unit on the auction list, in Tower Hill, didn’t attract a bid. The building has a remedial programme due to start in about 18 months.
