2 cross-leases & 2 suburban units were sold at Barfoot & Thompson’s residential auction at its city office yesterday, out of 10 intensive residential properties on offer. Among the 6 passed in, 2 of the more distinctive offerings attracted no bid. A terrace at Flat Bush was sold at pre-auction today.
All 4 apartments auctioned at Bayleys today were sold under the hammer – one in Parklane at the foot of Myers Park, one in the Lapwood Spiral at the top of the park, the other 2 in the Ascent on Nelson St and the one apartment atop an industrial building in Ponsonby.
