Colliers leasing

Highbrook, a 5700m² Goodman Property Trust industrial warehouse with 42 parking spaces has been leased to Schneider Electric NZ Ltd for 10 years & 2 5-year rights of renewal at initial annual rent of $835,000. Colliers International industrial broker Paul Jarvie negotiated the lease.

 

Mairangi Bay, 27 Triton Drive, Mowac Corp Ltd, importer & distributor of outdoor power equipment products, has leased 950m² of industrial warehouse & 15 parking spaces for 2 years from Lincoln Sentry Group NZ Ltd for $120,000/year. Colliers International North Shore sales brokers Jimmy O’Brien & Mike Ryan negotiated the deal.
